Price Increase for Daycare & Grooming into effect September 01, 2022
 
To our valued customers,

I’m writing to let you know that our prices will be increasing by $5 per day for daycare and $5 per grooming service, with effect from 1st September 2022. 

After much deliberation, we at Debonair Dogs Daycare and Grooming, have deemed it necessary to adjust our rates in order to keep with the rising inflation, overhead costs and new hiring demands that the company is experiencing. As you know, we value your business and have enjoyed working with you and achieved some great results along the way. Like any business though, our own operating costs do increase over time. 

To maintain the level of service and safety for the animals you’re accustomed to, this modest increase is necessary, so we wanted to communicate this to you in good time. We’re confident that our prices remain competitive within our sector for the quality of the service that we provide and as always, we’re focused on the results we provide to clients.

This was a tough decision to make, and we understand how it affects our customers. Therefore, we thank you for your ongoing support and trust that these changes will help us continue providing you with premium quality and service.

Price Increase for Overnight Boarding  Services for Daycare & Grooming into effect September 01, 2022
 
To our valued customers,
 
We regret to inform you that we have had to make the difficult decision of increasing our prices for our in-home overnight boarding services, with effect from 1st September, 2022. 
 
We provide a premium in-home service that is catered and individualized to your dog’s needs. The dogs are not kept in a facility alongside other dogs, nor are they kept in kennels. Our service is highly personalized to give your dog the best possible attention, love & care it deserves from our trained staff within the comfort of their home. 
 
Boarding at our homes is proving to be a challenge to our staff; from destroying personal belongings, excessive barking/howling, issues with neighbours,  adjusting our personal time to stay home with the dogs and cleaning up  ‘accidents;’ it is evident that this is becoming increasingly stressful. Due to the specific nature of this service and the time, effort, resources and patience it requires, we at Debonair Dogs Daycare & Grooming have had to increase our rates. 
 
Current rates are $75 per night will increase to $120 per night (24 hrs care) + DAYCARE
 
Please note that daycare services *WILL* be included in this price. If you would like your pup to join daycare, there will be "NO" additional half or full day charge. 
 
In addition, a mandatory “Trail Night'' will be implemented to all new boarding requests in the future. This trial night will be done at least one week before the commencement of boarding to ensure it is a good fit for all parties involved. We reserve the right to refuse any boarding request after the trail night has ended. 
 
Please understand that in order to continue to keep providing a high level of service, this price increase is necessary. This was a difficult decision to make and we understand how it affects our clients. Therefore, we thank you for your unwavering support. 
 
If you have booked boarding prior to Sept 1st, we will honour our current pricing of $75 per night, daycare included.
